Our pool of live-in CARERs we select have met the minimum formal qualification for caregiving, nursing, therapy, and other healthcare-related training that is required to perform their respective roles. Their qualification will be from accredited organizations in their home country and validated by our local partners.
They will also have various numbers of years of hands-on experience working with the elderly and patients with special needs at home, nursing home, or hospital settings either in their home country or abroad.
We recognize that the demands on caring for a child and elderly can be quite different. Our CARERs must have the willingness, compassion, and attitude to care for the elderly and persons with disabilities, including assisting them with their activities of daily living (ADL). They are highly trained to assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
Other than their expertise in assisting with the ADL, we focus on their specialization based on their experience in chronic conditions like stroke, Parkinson's, dementia, diabetes, cancer, etc. With the right experience, they will be able to deliver the optimal care that is required for the condition of the care recipient.
For moderate to complex care, our CARERs will have the required nursing qualification and experience to perform nursing procedures like NG/PEG Tube Feeding, Suctioning, Urinary Catheter Care, Wound Care, Stoma Care, Oxygen Therapy, and Injections.
Other than the skills required to perform the required care tasks, we emphasize their interpersonal and communication skills, as well as their language abilities, which allow them to converse well and engage with your loved one.

We will conduct a care consultation with you. You and your family can complete the whole process on your own convenient time and at the comfort of your own place.
We will shortlist the best matched candidates that meet the minimum requirement based on your needs for your consideration. You can focus on reviewing the candidates from the shortlist after we have conducted our stringent screening and assessment.
We will arrange for your shortlisted candidates to meet on-line or in person (if the candidate is already in Singapore) for your final selection. You will be able to decide from the interviews the choice candidate that you want.
We will complete our due diligence on the candidate, paperwork and formalities required from the authorities from both their home country and Singapore once you have decided on your CARER. You will be able to monitor the status of the process on-line.
We will send your CARER to your home once she has completed the on-boarding in Singapore and can be deployed. We will ensure a proper introduction and briefing on the Care Plan is done on-site on your first meeting.
